The Lee Rubin lab serves as the Therapeutic Screening Center (TSC) of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. We support HSCI-affiliated researchers in identifying small molecule and natural modulators of stem cell derived biological systems. To this end, we manipulate live cells using an expansive and well-characterized compound library. Our focus thus lies in using compounds as “chemical tools” to investigate signal transduction pathways under normal and disease states.
